The Society of Friends of the MAHF and Espace Fribourg, founded 67 years ago, now has over 1,000 members. Its mission is to support the two museums, particularly through the acquisition of works of art, and to contribute to their influence by organizing conferences and cultural trips related to their activities.

Today, 20 participating members are presenting their works and inviting the public to visit the exhibition.

This interdisciplinary project emerged from a collaboration between students at the Collège de Gambach in Fribourg and the PNR Bio-Inspired Materials research center. By bringing together art and science, this collaboration explores how the study of nature-inspired materials can become a fertile source of artistic creation. The dialogue between young artists and researchers has given rise to a series of works that reinterpret these scientific concepts through a variety of visual and sensory forms, inviting the public to take a fresh look at science.
