A sensory and tasty journey to the heart of our invisible links with the microscopic world. Around a large decorated table, ceramics inspired by the microbial world host a variety of fermented preparations to taste and drink: mouthfuls, sparkling liquids, tangy surprises... Between them, plants from research aimed at naturally enhancing their health and resistance to disease through the use of beneficial bacteria from the plants themselves, and Petri dishes in which to observe the micro-organisms.
